Getting started with KindTru
What to do first, in order, and what comes after the report. Knowing where you stand, and deciding where you are going.
- Create your account and tell us a little about your organization (about five to ten minutes).
- Invite your board members and senior staff and, if you would like, program staff. Each person gets a private link to the confidential survey, and KindTru sends the reminders.
- Follow participation on your dashboard. When everyone you want to hear from has finished, choose Finish the survey and your report is built.
- From there: a guide for the board conversation, a proposed plan you can make your own, check-ins over the first ninety days, a year of brief board development sessions, and the planning tools.
