How your answers are protected

If you have been asked to answer a KindTru survey, this is what happens to what you write. The confidentiality page says the rest, including where the protection stops.

Your director and board are not shown your individual responses. The report brings everyone's answers together without naming who said what. In a small organization someone might still guess how another person answered, and the founder, who manages the database, could look answers up and does not; the confidentiality page sets both out plainly.
